How To Cook

For the tastiest tempeh, PAN-FRY:
Slice or dice up your tempeh, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and pan-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Not suitable for reheating. All appliances vary, this is a guide only.
Please note: black or grey spots on tempeh are normal and do not indicate spoilage.
